Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Will i be charged handling fees or taxes? You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers.) How will i be charged for customs and import charges? Shefa Luxe has not control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It's a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by the charges.

Can i have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

We're able to deliver to a PO Box in most contries if you select our Standard Delivery service. We cannot deliver to a PO Box if you select any other delivery option. We're unable to deliver to PO Box addresses in the following countries:

We can deliver to your your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods.It's also a good idea to add your company name.

What should i do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

1. Check the delivery date Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmatioon email - please allow until this date for your order to arrive. 2. Track the order online You'll be able to follow your order if it's been sent with a trackable service. To check this, all you need to do is log into My Account and go to My Orders. If there is a Track Order button, just click the link and you'll able to follow your parcel. If the status shows Shipped, your order has been sent with your local postal service and isn't trackable. Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order. 3. Contact us If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, contact our Customer Care Team who can help you further.

Can i amend my order after i've placed it?

We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivey option, delivery address or payment method.

Can you give me more information about your products?

We try to give you as much useful info as we can about all our products, including:

  • How the sizing works
